The Apple Podcasts App conveniently provides access to popular and featured podcasts. However, users indicated they would like a better way to discover new, relevant content. My team and I created Podcast Scan to address this need.
As we assessed information from our user surveys and interviews, we noticed several reccuring themes.
We determined two competitors offered features that may be beneficial for us to build into our design.

Making changes to a world-renowned brand’s popular product comes with a unique set of challenges. While the goal is often to make things look different, the purpose of this project was to seamlessly blend our new feature with Apple’s existing design and messaging.
